Prior to kickoff with the San Francisco 49ers, the Cleveland Browns announced their Week Six inactives. It's a list that includes the likes of quarterback, Deshaun Watson and left guard, Joel Bitonio, both of whom were rued out by the team on Friday's practice report.

Rookie wide receiver Cedric Tillman was also ruled out by the team leading into the weekend.

The Browns have listed the following players as inactive:

QB Deshaun Watson

G Joel Bitonio

WR Cedric Tillman

CB Kahlef Hailassie

S Ronnie Hickman

DE Isaiah McGuire

DT Siaki Ika

One notable omission from the list is tight end, David Njoku. The status of the 27-year-old was uncertain at points throughout the week, with reports indicating Njoku may not play while he continues treatment for the burns he suffered prior to Week Four.

However, head coach Kevin Stefanski told reporters Friday, that the team was optimistic that the 2017 first-round pick would be able to play and clearly that is the case.

For San Francisco, newly acquired pass rusher Randy Gregory – who was traded from the Denver Broncos earlier this month – will make his 49ers debut today. Gregory spent the first five years of his career with the Dallas Cowboys, but extension talks fizzled out in 2022 and the Nebraska product ultimately signed with Denver.

As for players not playing for San Francisco today, its list of inactives includes:

LB Dre Greenlaw

QB Brandon Allen

OL Matt Pryor

DL Kalia Davis

LB Jalen Graham

RB Tyrion Davis-Price

TE Brayden Willis
