Bucs to Attend Workout for Colin Kaepernick

He's been out of the NFL for three years, but Colin Kaepernick could finally be making his return to the league.
The NFL is holding a workout for Kaepernick on Saturday in Atlanta, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be one of the teams in attendance.
Kaepernick has gone unsigned for the past three years after kneeling in peaceful protest during the pregame national anthem to bring awareness to police brutality and racial injustice.
Bucs head coach Bruce Arians discussed Kaepernick's workout this week (via ESPN's Jenna Laine):

While the San Francisco 49ers struggled to a 1-10 record the last time he was a starting quarterback in the NFL, Kaepernick himself had a solid season by all accounts, throwing 16 touchdown passes to just four interceptions, adding 468 yards and two more scores on the ground.
Tampa Bay's backup quarterback situation seems fairly set with veterans Blaine Gabbert and Ryan Griffin, but upgrading the game's most important position should always be on every NFL team's radar.
