ARIZONA -- The Arizona Cardinals have released their first second report ahead of their Week 11 clash with the Houston Texans, and there's been no changes other than Michael Carter's presence due to rest on Arizona's side. Carter was signed yesterday.

For the Texans, Brevin Jordan, Laremy Tunsil, Robert Woods, Will Anderson Jr., Kurt Hinish, Tytus Howard and Dalton Schultz all saw an upgrade in status.

Grayland Arnold and George Gant were added to Thursday's report:

WEDNESDAY's REPORT

Limited - Trystan Colon, Emari Demercado, D.J. Humphries, Jesse Luketa, Kevin Strong, Ezekiel Turner

DNP - Joey Blount, Jonathan Ledbetter, Zach Pascal

Zach Pascal was spotted working on the side. The other two DNP's were not seen.

It was good to see D.J. Humphries back in the mix today after missing last week's win against the Atlanta Falcons with an ankle injury. He was a non-participant all last week.

“Good. We’ll see this week, but progressing," said Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon on Humphries.

For Houston, they had nearly 20 players on their injury report today, which included big names such as Dameon Pierce, Laremy Tunsil, Jimmie Ward, Will Anderson Jr. and Dalton Schultz.

Emari Demercado was also back and working on the field this week in Arizona. The Cardinals have long searched for a suitable backup to running back James Conner, and Demercado impressed in his various shifts when he played.

When asked if he wants to see more from the running back group behind Conner, Gannon said, "No. Just keep doing what they’re coached to do in production, making sure that we’re good in the run and the pass game and when their number is called to produce.”

The two teams will practice once more this week before injury statuses (questionable, doubtful, out) are due after Friday. Official inactives will be released 90 minutes prior to kickoff in Houston, which is set for 11:00 AM Arizona Time.
