Podcast: What to Watch in Chiefs-Cardinals Preseason Battle

What should you watch for when the Arizona Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs battle on Saturday in preseason action?

The Arizona Cardinals are set to host the Kansas City Chiefs tomorrow in Week 2 of preseason action, and there's plenty of storylines to follow.

Who - and what - should you be on the watch for tomorrow when 5 PM approaches and kickoff is here?

The All Cardinals podcast gave their opinions on what fans should anticipate tomorrow when the defending Super Bowl champions come to town:

Who to Watch

Michael Wilson - The rookie receiver continues to impress, can he work his way further into starting time and earn the role opposite of Marquise Brown as a boundary receiver?

Kei'Trel Clark - Arizona's rookie cornerback wasn't given much of a thought when drafted, yet he's very much in the mix to become a starter opposite of Marco Wilson. After an impressive debut, can Clark continue to emerge ahead of names such as Christian Matthew and Antonio Hamilton?

Zaven Collins - Collins' first few looks at OLB gave good reason for optimism, though he wasn't able to showcase any pass-rush moves in his arsenal. Hopefully two full quarters against the Kansas City offense will allow him to expand more on his play.

What to Watch

Starters vs Champs - The Cardinals saw a handful of their starters in action last week, and though Jonathan Gannon wouldn't confirm how much their guys will play on Saturday, what better opportunity to test their grit than battling the defending Super Bowl champs?

Rookie Development - Most rookies walked away last week made their debut with impressive notes, but how will they shake out in their second taste of action? Can they build and perform with a game now under their belt?

Position Battles - Between left guard, inside linebacker and corner, there's a handful of spots still up for grabs in Arizona. We'll see how the Cardinals deploy their first and second units.
