Jim Harbaugh has found his colors.
No, it's not red and gold, or even blue and gold. Instead, it's powder blue and yellow. The Los Angeles Chargers posted a photo to social media of their new head coach donning the classic Bolts powder blue. Harbaugh was seen wearing a crisp powder blue sweater with a matching Chargers hat in the photo.
The Chargers uniforms have long been considered among the best in the NFL, largely thanks to the popular powder blue color. While Harbaugh has previously worn the powder blue during his time as a quarterback for the Bolts, this is one of the first looks at Harbaugh wearing the blue since becoming head coach of the Chargers.
With Harbaugh sporting the powder blue and the Chargers beginning voluntary offseason workouts this month with Harbaugh taking the lead, it does feel like the Harbaugh era is really here. Though the Chargers will have to wait until training camp and the regular season for the true start of the era, the beginning is getting set now.
The next major milestone for Harbaugh with the Chargers will be his first draft with the organization at the end of the month. The Chargers hold the No. 5 overall pick in the draft, which will be one of the next major decisions for Harbaugh and this regime.
