Hip-hop superstar and Big 3 entrepreneur Ice Cube is a diehard Los Angeles sports fan. Well, some Los Angeles sports, anyway. During a recent episode of the All The Smoke podcast, Cube told cohosts Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson exactly how he felt about the Los Angeles Chargers, a relatively new addition to the LA athletics space (h/t to Rams Tapes for the clip).

When asked about the LA Clippers' transition to the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, Cube wasted no time in ripping the Chargers, too.

"They should just, you know, as they go down to Inglewood, keep going, hit that 405, get back to San Diego, take the Chargers with you! Y'all messing Inglewood up. Inglewood used to be a nice place. Damn gentrification."

It's no secret which NFL club Cube prefers. He's been a hardcore Raiders fan all his life (they became the Los Angeles Raiders when Cube was 13... and then left again in between his solo record "Lethal Injection" in 1993 and his side group Westside Connection's excellent 1996 debut "Bow Down"), and NWA never made their fandom a secret when he was with the group. He still roots for the Raiders, even though they're now in Las Vegas.
