Newly-hired Los Angeles Chargers pass game coordinator Marcus Brady already seems to be getting along famously with newly-hired Bolts head coach Jim Harbaugh. The last time we saw Harbaugh in a football game, he was celebrating a national championship as the head coach of his alma mater, the Michigan Wolverines.

Per Charger Report's James Brizuela, Brady reflected on his relationship with Harbaugh at a press conference today:

Harbaugh is making his return to the NFL following a very successful nine-year stint with the Wolverines. He coached Michigan to eight bowl appearances in those nine years, and an 86-25 overall record.

He now boasts the best win-loss record in the league. Harbaugh led the San Francisco 49ers to a 44-19 overall regular season record across his four seasons with the franchise from 2011-14. In three of those four seasons, he led the team to three NFC Championship games, including one Super Bowl berth during the 2012 season, which the team lost to the Baltimore Ravens, coached by Harbaugh's brother John.

Brady, meanwhile, arrives following several seasons logged in a multitude of offensive roles coaching the Indianapolis Colts and the Philadelphia Eagles. Most recently, he worked as the senior offensive assistant for the Eagles in 2023.
