NFLPA Report Card: Commanders Grade Poorly After 'Multiple Sewage Leaks' in Locker Room

The Washington Commanders were dead last for the second straight year in the NFL Players Association report card.

There have been two NFL Players Association report cards, and both times the Washington Commanders have ranked as the worst team in the NFL.

Of the 11 categories, the Commanders finished 31st or last in six. Among the categories Washington finished last in was the locker room, as the NFLPA said players complained about "multiple sewage leaks" throughout the season.

"The survey data reveals a long list of items with the workplace that continue to be problems, and players expressed that they have grown tired of the deficiencies," the NFLPA writes. "To start, the locker room is small and in desperate need of renovation, with players reporting multiple sewage leaks."

Sewage issues aren't a new problem for the Commanders. During Week 1 of the 2021 season, a sewage pipe busted and got all over fans watching the game. The Commanders' training room was also ranked last.

"The training room is significantly understaffed, with only 52% of players saying they receive an adequate amount of one-on-one treatment time for injury recovery and prevention," the NFLPA writes.

The one bright spot was the team's strength coaches, as they ranked fifth in the NFLPA report card.

Whether it's the ghost of former owner Dan Snyder still lingering, the issues surrounding the stadium and facilities remain, and if Josh Harris is ever going to turn the franchise around, getting those issues resolved is a must.

Here is the rest of the Commanders' NFLPA report card and where they ranked.
