Vikings at Cowboys Inactives: Who's In and Who's Out Under AT&T's Open Roof?

ARLINGTON - The Dallas Cowboys' pregame surprises for tonight's visit from the Minnesota Vikings? Nothing on the Inactive list, but a little something up top.
Dallas offensive standout Amari Cooper and defensive standout Leighton Vander Esch, progressed through the weekend as expected and are not on the Cowboys' inactive list here at AT&T Stadium for "Sunday Night Football.''
Cooper has contended all week that his knee is "fine,'' and that physically he planned on being a "10'' by the time tonight arrived. In the meantime, his MRI apparently revealed nothing more than a knee bruise; Amari tells SI.com, "Everything is OK.''
Cooper had a TD contribution in Monday's 37-18 win despite the knee problem. In that same game, Vander Esch sat out with a neck stinger sustained in the previous pre-bye-week win over the Eagles. Sean Lee played in Vander Esch's place in that game, and one storyline tonight is how Dallas uses its collection of linebackers against NFL leading rusher Dalvin Cook, who hopes to out-duel Dallas runner Ezekiel Elliott.

Meanwhile, the AT&T Stadium configuration for a lovely fall night in Texas? Roof open, doors closed, with Dallas having a 2-4 record in these cases.
