Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce is a five-time All-Pro, who will have a compelling case for the Hall of Fame when his career concludes. His younger brother, Travis, is arguably the greatest pass-catching tight end in NFL history. So the elder Kelce knows greatness when he sees it, and has found himself mesmerized by the stretch that his teammate, receiver A.J. Brown, is in the midst of.

Brown had eight catches for 130 yards and two touchdown receptions in a 38-31 win over the Washington Commanders at FedEx Field on Sunday, the first of which came in the form of a one-handed grab on a pass from quarterback Jalen Hurts.

"I still don't know how he caught it -- unbelievable catch," Kelce said after the game of Brown's first touchdown reception. "The offense right now feels like it's throw it to A.J."

With Sunday's performance, Brown became the first player in NFL history to record six consecutive games with 125 or more receiving yards, breaking a tie with Hall of Famer Calvin Johnson.

What's more, Brown has forced his way into the Offensive Player of the Year discussion, as he has 60 catches for 939 yards so far this season, a key reason the Eagles are off to a 7-1 start. Miami Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill -- who has 61 catches for 1,014 yards and eight touchdowns -- is the favorite for the award, but Brown might be next in line if Hill slips up or gets injured. Both are likely to be First-Team All-Pro selections this season.

Brown had 88 catches for 1,496 receiving yards in 2022, his first season with the Eagles. That's elite production that he's currently on track to eclipse with relative ease in his second campaign with the Eagles. And given that Brown is only 26, you're starting to get the feeling that he may go down as the greatest receiver in franchise history.
