Wide receiver Parris Campbell, who looked like an underrated yet promising songster a year ago for the New York Giants, is signing a one-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Campbell, a second-round pick by the Indianapolis Colts in the 2019 draft, dealt with injuries for most of his first three seasons with the Colts. He finally managed to have a complete season in 2022, which he parlayed into a one-year contract with the Giants, who overloaded on receivers last year, given the injury concerns at the position.

However, after showing such promise as a potential gadget player and kickoff returner in the spring and summer for the Giants, Campbell's role disappeared, and the team instead leaned more on Wan'Dale Robinson to fill the role on offense. Campbell ended up appearing in just 12 games for the Giants with three starts and caught 20 out of 27 pass targets for 104 yards and zero touchdowns.

Campbell will reunite with former Giants teammate Saquon Barkley, who signed a multiyear deal with the Eagles at the start of free agency.
