What does Mitch Morse do best?

Marrero: Mitch Morseis a road grader and was one of the best run blockers in football last season. ESPN graded him with a 74 percent run-block win rate, which was 10th among interior offensive linemen. For a Jaguars offense that struggled to run the ball and only averaged 96.8 rushing yards per game, Morse can help open up some holes for Travis Ettienne Jr.

What are some of Mitch Morse's weaknesses?

Marrero: His pass blocking could use some work, as he allowed 31 pressures and one sack, according to Pro Football Focus in 2023. Part of that is Josh Allen holding onto the ball and scrambling to buy time, but if there's one weakness to Morse's game, it's in pass blocking.

Is Morse someone who the Bills will struggle to replace?

Marrero: Beyond his solid play, Morse was one of the Bills' leaders in the locker room, and replacing anyone like that will always be tough. Even if Connor McGovern steps in right in and the Bills' offensive line doesn't miss a beat, Morse's presence and his ability to lead the team make him one of the biggest losses for Buffalo in free agency.
