The Jacksonville Jaguars (4-5) will face one of their most important tests of the 2019 season today when they face off with the Indianapolis Colts (5-4) at Lucas Oil Stadium at 1 p.m. For the Jaguars to still be able to make noise in the AFC South this year, they will almost certainly need a road victory today.

Jacksonville will be getting Nick Foles back on the field as its starting quarterback for the first time since Week 1, as Foles hopes to rebound from a clavicle injury suffered in early September and make an impact vs. the Colts and elevate Jacksonville's offense.

10:23 a.m.: The Jaguars are going to need a big day out of this guy this afternoon. Will Foles at quarterback help open things up for Leonard Fournette? More run-pass option plays could definitely be a possibility.

10:45 a.m.: Good chance Josh Allen shatters that record this year. Does it happen today?

11:13 a.m.: Jaguars have their Salute To Service gear ready to go.

Inactives:

Analysis: Seth DeValve is the only Jaguars player of real significance who is out today. Tyler Ervin typically returns kicks and punts, but it appears either Dede Westbrook or Michael Walker will take his place today.

As for the Colts, they have a number of key players out in T.Y. Hilton, Parris Campbell, and Pierre Desir. The Jaguars need to take advantage of the Colts being thin at wide receiver and cornerback, especially considering the Jaguars had the same advantage in Week 9 vs. the Houston Texans and did not capitalize.

First Quarter

15:00: Jaguars get the ball first after the kickoff and Nick Foles hits DJ Chark for 12 yards. Nice first play for him.

13:27: Foles had all the time in the world on play-action on first down, but a Jawaan Taylor hold negates the small gain.

12:18: Foles get it out of his hands quickly to Conley to make it 3rd & 10 after it started off as 1st & 10.

11:39: Foles' 3rd down throw is almost picked off as Keelan Cole's head isn't around for the pass. Lots of pressure from a Colts' blitz. No points for Jacksonville on the first drive.

11:10: Calais Campbell misses a chance to stop Marlon Mack at the line, Mack gets seven yards on 1st down.

10:15: Josh Allen gets a huge 3rd down sack to get the Jaguars' defense off of the field. He now has eight sacks this season, already tied for the Jaguars' rookie record for sacks in a season.

8:00: Foles finds Dede Westbrook for 14 yards on 3rd down to get a big conversion. Nice job hanging tough vs. pressure.

6:53: Foles hits Chark across the middle of the field and leads him well enough to give Chark a chance to outrun the defense. Foles' second touchdown of the season is a 34-yard one.

Jaguars 7, Colts 0.

6:06: Ronnie Harrison misses the tackle and Marlon Mack gets 13 yards up the middle, and then Mack gets 16 two plays later. Colts running it right at Jacksonville early on.

2:34: D.J. Hayden and Yannick Ngakoue get a solid run stop at the edge, and Colts just keep running it. Six runs to two passes this drives.

1:48: Brissett finds Chester Rodgers for 11 yards on 3rd and 10. Myles Jack trailing in coverage that play.

0:35: Several Jaguars fall off of tackles and Marlon Mack finds the end zone off of a 13-yard carry. Tre Herndon and Najee Goode missed chances at him.

Jaguars 7, Colts 7.

Second Quarter:

15:00: Andrew Norwell gets a false start on 2nd and 1. His second penalty of the form this season.

14:59: Fournette gets eight yards on the next play. Keeping offense on schedule.

13:19: You see some of the differences between Foles and Minshew there. Colts blitz, all Foles can really do is cover up and take the sack because he isn't going to be able to run away from anyone. Ryquell Armstead with some iffy blitz pickup there.

12:26: Jaguars get a lot of first-level penetration from the defensive line but Marlon Mack finds a hole and some space and the linebackers can't make a play, leading to a 13-yard gain. He already has 72 yards.

12:00: Ebron gets 14 yards on the sideline thanks to a nice toe touch on the sideline. Jaguars missed a few different chances to bring Brissett down there.

10:52: Colts get 16 yards on the ground. Massive holes at first level, nobody stopping the play at the second-level. Already have 93 yards on 11 carries.

9:02: A.J. Bouye tackles Eric Ebron short of the sticks on 3rd down. Great tackle around Ebron's lower body to prevent him from reaching the 1st down marker.

8:30: Adam Vinateri kicks it from 34 out to give the Colts the slight lead. Jaguars lucky to have stopped them short of the end zone there.

Colts 10, Jaguars 7.

6:55: Foles gets it to Dede Westbrook immediately after the snap on 3rd down but Westbrook is tackled just short of the 1st down marker on the rub route concept. Jacksonville's third punt today already. Team needed four yards, only got three.

5:19: D.J. Hayden takes down Brissett for a major nine-yard loss. Great blitz off of the corner to catch them by surprise.

3:54: After the Colts went three-and-out, Foles tried to go to Chark deep down the right sideline but the ball was underthrown and Chark also fell during the route. Doug Marrone is now challenging the play, arguing there was defensive pass interference that caused Chark to fall.

3:49: Doug Marrone lost this challenge, which is not too surprising. Though maybe it should have been flagged due to some jersey pulling.

3:19: Foles misses Chark on 3rd down and Jacksonville is now 1/5 on 3rd down. That needs to change and quickly.

2:12: Abry Jones misses a 2nd down sack and the Colts pick up the easy 3rd down thanks to it. Jaguars keep missing those opportunities.

1:09: Yannick Ngakoue strip sacks Brissett from the blindside, but Taven Bryan fails to fall on the ball and the Colts remain possession.

0:46: Nick Foles makes a terrible decision and punts a ball deep down the field into double coverage. Just a really, really bad play by the veteran quarterback. Never should have thrown that ball.

0:17: D.J. Hayden with the 4th down pass deflection to get the Jaguars' defense off the field after the Foles' interception.

Third Quarter

12:53: Colts get a 3rd down conversion to Ebron but Jack Doyle gets called for offensive pass interference.

11:59: Jaguars allow a 31-yard gain on 3rd and 19. This time it was a screen pass to the running back and there was simply nobody there to make a stop.

11:03: Marlon Mack picks up 20 yards, his fifth run of at least 10 yards up to this point. Jaguars not offering any resistance this drive at all.

9:01: The Colts give it to Quenton Nelson from the one-yard line and the officials say he scored. It really doesn't look like he got in, so we will see if they overturn it.

9:00: That got overturned after it was clear he wasn't in. Either way, goodness, Jaguars.

8:46: Brissett extends the play and then finds Marcus Johnson in the corner of the end zone for a one-yard touchdown. Jaguars can't make the big plays they need today.

Colts 17, Jaguars 7.

7:09: Foles gets it to Chris Conley for 12 yards to move the offense a bit, but Leonard Fournette is still a clear non-factor thus far.

5:46: Keelan Cole makes a great effort to get the 1st down on 3rd and 10 following a receiver screen. Big-time play to keep the offense on the field.

4:15: Foles got a receiver screen to Chark for five yards on 3rd and 9 and Jacksonville went for it on 4th down. Foles tried to get it to Chark again, like he has most of today, but it was batted down in the secondary for a turnover on downs.

2:18: Taven Bryan gets a 1st down tackle for loss. Defense needs to hold the Colts to at least a field goal here.

0:59: Following a pass interference call on Tre Herndon, Jacoby Brissett runs it in from five yards out for a touchdown. It has looked too easy for the Colts at times today.

Colts 24, Jaguars 7.

0:20: Westbrook drops a 3rd down pass after Foles had to sidearm it, and Jacksonville has now gone six drives without a score.

0:05: Colts muff the punt and reserve linebacker Donald Payne recovers it! Jaguars will get the ball at the Colts 29 with a chance to get back on the scoreboard.

Fourth Quarter:

14:55: Foles' 3rd down pass is tipped and then Josh Lambo misses the 46-yard field goal. Nothing going right for Jaguars as they miss out on another chance for points.

13:59: Jonathan Williams gets 48 yards on the run and Colts are at the Jacksonville 11. Eight runs of at least 10 yards for Colts.

13:00: Nyheim Hines takes it in from a few yards out and the Jaguarsdiaster of a day continued. Jaguars' third rushing touchdown given up this game.

Colts 31, Jaguars 7.

11:03: Andrew Norwell gets flagged for holding, Jacksonville's 8th penalty of the day, Jaguars have lost 52 yards due to penalties in last two plays after Chris Conley committed offfensive pass interference.

7:40: Johnathan Williams is just gashing Jacksonville right now. Colts have more yards rushing today than entire Jaguars' offense has. Just a failure of a defensive performance.

4:40: Colts just running the clock out now. This game has been over, and the Jaguars will fall to 4-6 once the clock hits 0:00.

4:30: Jarrod Wilson gets the interception after Tre Herndon makes a nice pass deflection. Wilson now has two turnovers in the last two games.

2:20: Jacksonville has not ran the ball once since about 10 minutes left in the third quarter. How wild is that?

0:59: Foles to Chark for a 20-yard touchdown, not that it matters too much. And then Foles throws a pick six on the two-point attempt...

Colts 33, Jaguars 13.
