First Quarter

15:00

For the first time this season, the Jaguars have lost the toss. They will receive the opening kickoff to start game.

12:55

Jaguars go three-and-out after two failed James Robinson runs and a five-yard gain on a checkdown on third-down. The offense got whooped by a bad Lions defense.

12:05

Sidney Jones gets a pass breakup on second-down. He is having a terrific season.

11:51

Jabaal Sheard sacks Matt Stafford but K'Lavon Chaisson is flagged for offsides on third-and-5, giving up the first down.

10:16

Stafford rushes for 17 yards on third-down, another big missed chance by the Jaguars. Lions now at the 20-yard line and pushing for more.

8:09

Stafford gets a first-down thanks to a QB sneak on fourth-and-inches. First-and-goal from the nine.

7:37

Lions march down the field for a touchdown. Adrian Peterson punches it in from one yard out, and Lions take an early lead.

Lions 7, Jaguars 0.

6:34

Keelan Cole makes Jeff Okudah look silly and picks up 35 yards on a deep toss from Minshew. Great catch and throw for the big gain.

4:46

Laviska Shenault gets the first down after making some great moves to get through the defense on the outlet pass out of the backfield.

4:15

A.J. Cann down with injury, so rookie guard Ben Bartch is coming in.

3:56

Shenault gets the 2nd-and-1 carry and the first down.

2:42

Third-and-8 and Minshew barely gets the ball out of his hands against pressure but Chris Thompson can't get the first.

1:51

Jon Brown nails a 31-yard field goal for his first-ever attempt. Good drive by the Jaguars, though the Lions are getting a ton of pressure.

Lions 7, Jaguars 3.

1:15

DeAndre Swift gets 54 yards around the right side. The Jaguars got pushed around in a big way on that play.

0:40

T.J. Hockenson gets a 16-yard gain and the Lions are now at Jacksonville's four-yard line.

Second Quarter

13:41

DeAndre Swift finishes what he started. Scores from one yard out to make it 14-3, Lions.

13:31

Gardner Minshew underthrows DJ Chark by ... a lot. Terrible execution on the deep toss and he is intercepted by the safety in what was basically a fair catch.

12:36

Josh Jones does the most blatant downfield DPI you can imagine and gets flagged for it on third down.

12:19

Tre Herndon with great coverage downfield and the Lions will now have a third-and-20.

11:43

Jaguars get the stop after an 11-yard gain on third-down to force the field goal. Let's see if they can get lucky.

11:32

Lions miss the 57-yard field goal and will now get the ball near the 50.

10:25

Lions get a personal foul by hitting Shenault out of bounds, so the Jaguars are now at the 31-yard line.

8:07

Jaguarsthrow incompletions on second and third down and then Jon Brown misses the 31-yard field goal. Five straight games in which the Jaguars have missed a field goal or PAT.

7:15

Adrian Peterson gets 18 yards on a wheel route out of the backfield. Won't see him do that very often.

6:00

Jags give up a huge gain across the middle but luckily the Lions get called for hands to the face, giving the Jaguars a lucky break.

5:27

Third-and-11 and Kenny Golladay beats Sidney Jones for a 36-yard gain. Nothing he could do about that, good throw from Stafford.

2:00

It looked like Joe Schobert forced a fumble and CJ Henderson recovered it, but the Jaguars get a tough break as the runner is ruled down by contact before the ball is loose.

1:57

Stafford gets pressured on third down and the Jaguars get the stop. Lions will attempt a FG from 31.

1:56

Prater makes it from 31 and the Lions take a 14-point lead over the Jaguars.

Lions 17, Jaguars 3.

0:50

The Jaguars call a timeout with a second-and-6 at the 39-yard line. They are taking this drive very slow despite the minimal amount of time.

0:38

Minshew connects with Cole for 16 on third-down. Now have the Ball at Detroit's 45.

0:27

Minshew gets strip-sacked, and the Jaguars will leave without points.

Third Quarter

13:35

Caraun Reid deflects a Matthew Stafford pass and Joe Schobert intercepts it. His best game for the Jaguars by far.

11:40

The first three plays result in six yards, then Minshew throws an ugly pass on fourth-down to turn it over for no points.

10:43

Lions move it up to their 25. The Jaguars need a big play from the defense, though it might not even do them any good with how the offense is playing.

8:50

Kenny Golladay gets 48 yards over Tre Herndon and the Lions are in scoring range.

7:44

Josh Jones gets beat by T.J. Hockenson on fourth-down, leading to another Lions score. This one is ugly.

Lions 24, Jaguars 3.

7:29

Minshew unloads it deep to Chark but Chark barely lets the ball out of his grasp as he hits the ground.

6:12

Keelan Cole gets 51 yards on third down, a terrific adjustment by Minshew in a muddied pocket. The Jaguars now have it at Detroit's 20.

4:53

Third-and-8 and the Jaguars are unable to get the conversion. Lions get called for DPI, however.

3:31

Minshew scrambles on third-down to pick up the touchdown, capping off an eight-play, 74-yard drive that saw them get lucky a few different times in terms of penalties.

Lions 24, Jaguars 10.

1:13

Golladay gets 16 yards and the Lions are now at the Jaguars 40.

Fourth quarter

13:32

D'Andre Swift runs it for the touchdown in from six yards, and the Jaguars have now allowed 30 points or more in the last five games.

12:34

Keelan Cole drops the deep pass on third-down and the Jaguars will now punt. This one is over, folks.

10:15

If you are still watching, the Lions have now driven to Jacksonville's 23. The Jaguars look lifeless and uninspired.

8:11

Prater makes a field goal from 41 yards and the Lions have taken a 24-point lead.

Lions 34, Jaguars 10.

7:09

This is purely garbage time, but Keelan Cole just got a 24-yard gain over the middle field.

5:18

James Robinson catches his first-career touchdown, a 14-yard run after a pass out of the flats. This one is over but he gets to pad the stats a bit. They went for two but Minshew threw an incompletion.

Lions 34, Jaguars 16.
