The AFC South will have a game with major consequences play out this Sunday, with the 4-5 Jacksonville Jaguars traveling to take on the 5-4 Indianapolis Colts. The Jaguars are coming off of a Week 10 bye while the Colts have dropped two straight games, putting them right with Jacksonville in the AFC South race.

Kickoff: Sunday, Nov. 17 at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern time).

Location: Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.

TV channel: CBS. Broadcasters will be Andrew Catalon and James Lofton.

Radio: 92.5FM/1010AM WJXL-FM in Jacksonville.

Odds: The Colts are 3-point favorites over Jacksonville. The over/under is set at 44.0 points.

Indianapolis being 3-point favorites means oddsmakers see the two teams as pretty even right about now, but the Colts get the nod as the home team. The Colts lost to the hapless Miami Dolphins last week which may play a factor here, though obviously the Colts were without their No. 1 quarterback in Jacoby Brissett.

On the other hand, Jacksonville has been without their No. 1 quarterback for essentially the entirety of the 2019 season up to this point after Nick Foles went down with a clavicle injury only 11 snaps into Week 1's game vs. the Jacksonville Jaguars. Theoretically, the veteran Foles should be seen as at least a minor upgrade over rookie quarterback Gardner Minshew II, who went 4-4 as a starter in Foles' place.

As for the over/under, I have typically been thinking the under is the right call for Jacksonville games due to a streaky offense but I actually think over is the way to go this week. Brissett and Foles will be at full strength and neither defense is exactly an elite unit. I think this one will be a shootout between the two quarterbacks, with Brissett utilizing his tight ends and Foles testing the Colts deep.
