One of the toughest decisions the New England Patriots have had to make this season was in regards to their list of players on injured reserve.

As the NFL rules stand, teams are only allowed to activate two players from IR in-season. That means New England had to choose between fullbacks James Develin and Jakob Johnson, left tackle Isaiah Wynn, offensive lineman Yodny Cajuste and wide receiver N'Keal Harry as the two players that could join them on their run for championship No. 7.

It seems like the Patriots have made their decision.

On Wednesday's media-access portion of practice, ESPN's Mike Reiss pointed out that Wynn was available for that portion of practice, which signify's he is designated to return from IR after suffering a toe injury right before the regular season began. Wynn at the earliest would be eligible to be activated from IR in Week 12.

Harry has been practicing the past two weeks and has been progressing well from his ankle injury (according to head coach Bill Belichick as of Tuesday's conference call). His first opportunity to be activated from IR is this Sunday night when New England takes on the Baltimore Ravens.

The two former first round picks being seen at practice hints at them being activated from IR, though no definitive designation has been given by the organization.

With a banged-up offensive line and acquiring no offensive talent in the dwindling minutes before the trade deadline, the Patriots will welcome back Wynn and Harry with open arms. Their added talent to an undefeated team will give New England a major boost to their struggling offense.
