New England Patriots receiver Josh Gordon has been fined $10,527 by the NFL for a face mask he had in the team's Week 3 win over the New York Jets, according to Mike Reiss of ESPN.

For those who may not remember the play - Gordon was penalized on the play, and also looked to have injured his finger when it happened. Gordon then had his two fingers taped together for the remainder of the game.

Gordon was one of a handful of players in the league that were fined for harmful actions performed during the Week 3 games. Others included were Los Angeles Rams DT Aaron Donald (roughing the passer), Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette (unnecessary roughness), and Bengals T Bobby Hart (unsportsmanlike conduct), per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
