The Las Vegas Raiders won't be facing the challenge of coaching changes to the same extent as last year, but some new faces in the building were added throughout the offseason.

The following are all the coaches who will be entering their first year with the organization:

Scott Turner, Pass Game Coordinator

Turner has been a coach in the NFL for 11 seasons, most recently having been the offensive coordinator of the Washington Commanders for three years.

In addition, he had experience as a quarterbacks coach with the Carolina Panthers and Minnesota Vikings, as well as offensive quality control coach in a stint in Carolina and wide receivers coach with the Cleveland Browns.

Turner also had coaching jobs at the University of Michigan, the University of Pittsburgh, and Oregon State University.

He is the son of former Raiders Head Coach Norv Turner.

Matt Lombardi, Offensive Assistant/Assistant Wide Receivers

Lombardi is the brother of Raiders offensive coordinator Mick Lombardi and son of former Raiders executive Michael Lombardi.

This is Matt Lombardi's third NFL coaching staff, as he previously served for the Carolina Panthers and Miami Dolphins.

Keith Heyward, Defensive Quality Control

Heyward comes to the Raiders after being defensive coordinator and cornerbacks coach for UNLV last season.

This will be his first season on an NFL coaching staff, as Heyward previously coached for 18 years at the college level.

Rob Leonard, Defensive Line

Leonard enters his 11th season coaching in the NFL, having also spent time with the Baltimore Ravens, Miami Dolphins, and New York Giants.

Derius Swinton II, Assistant Special Teams

Swinton enters his 13th season as an NFL coach. He served on eight different coaching staffs before coming to Las Vegas.

Danny Amendola, Coaching Assistant/Returners

Amendola, of course, has familiarity with Raiders Coach Josh McDaniels, as the first-year coach was a wide receiver for the New England Patriots for five seasons, during which he won two Super Bowl titles.

The Las Vegas Raiders open training camp for the entire team on July 25, 2023.

The Silver and Black open the preseason by hosting the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, Aug. 13, at 4 p.m. EDT/1 p.m. PDT.
