Wild Report About Steelers' Russell Wilson; More WR Talk

The Pittsburgh Steelers moving on from their starting quarterback? Already?

PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers have reportedly made up their mind at quarterback, set to make Russell Wilson the starter in 2024 while Justin Fields is the backup.

No competition is expected between the two, but some are having a hard time believing that. So much so, that one NFL executive believes the team is going to move on from Wilson once Fields beats him out for the starting job.

Really? Could that actually happen?

Plus, there is more wide receiver talk. The Steelers are believed to be in the running for a splash trade at the wide receiver position, with Brandon Aiyuk topping the charts. Maybe there's another name out there Pittsburgh can target from the NFC.

And maybe, just maybe, there's a trade on the roster that makes a lot of sense for both sides.
