NFL Draft: LSU Receiver Malik Nabers, Alabama Tackle JC Latham Expected to Interview on Monday with Titans

In preparation for the April 25-27 NFL Draft, the Tennessee Titans are inviting "Top 30" college players to their facilities for medical evaluations and interviews.

NASHVILLE — LSU wide receiver Malik Nabers, one of the likely top 10 picks in the April 25-27 NFL Draft, and Alabama offensive tackle JC Latham are expected to interview Monday with the Tennessee Titans.

Nabers spoke to the Titans at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis and at his pro day. The Titans made a major move in addressing their need at wide receiver by signing Calvin Ridley, but in today's NFL teams are always seeking more good pass catchers.

According to Pro Football Focus, Nabers was the nation's top-ranked college receiver in 2023, with 89 receptions for 1,569 yards and 14 touchdowns. He was a consensus All-American and became LSU's career leader for catches and receiving yards — ahead of NFL stars Justin Jefferson and Ja'Marr Chase.

NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport is reporting that Nabers will also meet this week with the New York Jets and the Chicago Bears.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Titans also will host Latham, a two-year starter at right tackle for the Crimson Tide.

Latham is among the top tackles in the draft, along with Joe Alt, Taliese Fuaga, Troy Fautanu, Amarius Mims, and Olu Fashanu. Most mock drafts so far have the Titans selecting Notre Dame left tackle Alt with the No. 7 overall pick. Alt interviewed with the Titans on April 4.

NFL teams can invite up to 30 college players to their facilities for medical evaluations and interviews. These visits are called "top-30," but they don't necessarily mean that the invited players were among the top 30 on the team's draft board.
