Fourth Quarter

0:03 Vikings win! Prescott's hail mary is intercepted by Jayron Kearse, and the Vikings somehow survive for the 28-24 win.

0:44 Eric Kendricks just saved the game. He breaks up Prescott's pass on fourth down and the Vikings come up with a massive stop.

4:43 Danger time. Vikings punt the ball back to the Cowboys, who could conceivably win it here. Just need to go 95 yards.

Vikings 28, Cowboys 24

10:03 The Vikings get a stop on defense for what feels like the first time in ages. Cowboys forced to settle for a short field goal after a long drive.

Third Quarter

Vikings 28, Cowboys 21

0:06 Touchdown, Dalvin Cook! It looked like Alexander Mattison had scored, but he was ruled down inside the one. Then the Vikings false started and got all the way to fourth down before Cook punched it in. The two-point conversion is good to Kyle Rudolph. Ten straight runs on that drive.

Cowboys 21, Vikings 20

7:08 Amari Cooper just gave the Cowboys the lead with a great sideline touchdown catch, though it looks like he got away with a bit of a push-off on Mike Hughes. The Vikings defense has no answers right now.

Vikings 20, Cowboys 14

9:41 Long drive for the Vikings stalls in the red zone, and Bailey hits another short field goal. Not getting touchdowns on their last two drives could haunt.

Second Quarter

Vikings 17, Cowboys 14

0:02 Vikings drive down the field but don't take a shot to the end zone, and run out of time. Dan Bailey's chip-shot field goal is good. Huge catch by Diggs on that drive.

Vikings 14, Cowboys 14

2:00 Just like that, this game is tied. Prescott to Cobb for the touchdown on a free play. The Vikings defense is really struggling this quarter.

Vikings 14, Cowboys 7

8:15 Michael Gallup just walked into the end zone for a touchdown. Looked like a blown coverage. Cowboys take advantage of good field position.

11:34 Robert Quinn just torched Riley Reiff for the sack, and the Vikings will punt for the first time.

13:44 Mike Hughes nearly had a pick-six, but dropped it. Cowboys forced to punt anyways. The league leaders in yards per play (6.7) are at just 4.9 through three drives. Dak Prescott has completed only six of 13 pass attempts.

First Quarter

Vikings 14, Cowboys 0

0:36 Rudolph again! His second touchdown of the day puts the Vikings up 14-0. Another big catch by Cook and third-down conversions to Diggs and Treadwell were key on that drive. What a start.

Vikings 7, Cowboys 0

9:33 What a catch, Kyle Rudolph. One-handed touchdown reception for the veteran tight end. Dalvin Cook had two catches for an impressive 39 yards on that drive.

12:08 Cowboys try a 57-yard field goal, and Brett Maher's kick is nowhere close. Cowboys got one first down on their opening drive, then the Vikings defense held strong.
