Austrian GP Results: Max Verstappen Takes Pole Position After Chaotic Session

Max Verstappen has taken pole position for the Austrian Grand Prix. Following the Red Bull driver on Sunday will be Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz who will be starting from second and third place, respectively.
Valtteri Bottas caused a red flag on the system after just seven minutes, but luckily was able to get his Alfa Romeo going again and back to the pits to reduce the delay as much as possible. The Finnish driver lost control at Turn 1 causing him to spin out.
Track limits proved to be a big issue for many of the drivers with multiple lap times being deleted throughout the session.
