F1 Fans React To Alpine's Disastrous Slew Of Penalties At Bahrain Grand Prix

Alpine driver Esteban Ocon has been a huge talking point during the Bahrain Grand Prix this afternoon, but for all of the wrong reasons.

At just lap 31, the French driver has already been handed multiple penalties. The first penalty came in when Ocon was over the line of the grid box at the start of the race, he received a 5-second time penalty for this.

Ocon went in for a pitstop and before the team started he took the five seconds time penalty. However, work on his A523 started too soon and the penalty was not served correctly. This then led to another time penalty of ten seconds.

On top of this ten-second penalty, Ocon was then found to be speeding in the pit lane which resulted in an additional five-second penalty.
