F1 News: Carlos Sainz Suffers Huge Crash During Canadian FP3 Making His Chances Of Success Dwindle

Carlos Sainz has crashed halfway through the third practice session during the Canadian Grand Prix weekend.
Going into Turn 1 the Spanish driver lost control in the wet weather and crashed into the barriers. The whole front nose and wing came off and the rear wing looks to be damaged as well.
A red flag was put on the session with half an hour to go whilst the marshals worked to get the car off the track as well as any debris from the collision.

Many of the cars were having some issues during the session with the rain falling and wet track. At the time of the red flag, Max Verstappen was fastest followed by Sainz and Charles Leclerc.
The Maranello-based squad now has three hours to fix Sainz's SF-23 before the qualifying session for the grand prix tomorrow.
