F1 News: Fans Unearth "Iconic" Michael Schumacher Photo As They Jump To Esteban Ocon's Defence

Fans have unearthed a hilarious photo of F1 legends Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello as part of their defence of Esteban Ocon's "Estie Bestie" moment from the Monaco Grand Prix.
Ocon bagged his first podium finish of the 2023 season at the Monaco Grand Prix this weekend and as he began his post-race interview, the French driver leaned into his "Estie Bestie" nickname from fans. The moment received some backlash, with some saying, "F1 drivers back in the day never would've stood for calling a driver Estie bestie".
However, one fan has posted a hilarious photo of Schumacher and Barrichello joking around in what look like fancy-dress dresses. They posted:
"'F1 drivers back in the day never would've stood for calling a driver Estie bestie'

The photo had another fan getting nostalgic with them branding Schumacher and Barrichello the best driver duo of all time. The pair drove together for Ferrari between 2000 and 2005. The fan commented:
"I still think this was the best duo of all the times in F1, 2 extremely talented drivers with a good relationship inside and outside of the track (we don't need to talk about the crazy things they've made together, this image just show how it was)"

Someone else was still not convinced of the "Estie Bestie" moment, writing:
"I mean, "Estie Bestie" is still far more cringe than this, which is not cringe at all."
