F1 News: FIA Under Scrutiny For "Playing With Fire" After Miami Grand Prix FP2

The FIA has received backlash from F1 fans after the second free practice session ahead of the Miami Grand Prix.
Eagled-eyed fans were quick to pick up on the fact that the second free practice session resumed without the barrier being fixed after Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc crashed into it at Turn 7.
Taking to social media, Simon Dau wrote:
"Even if it's only 3 minutes of the session left, letting the cars out without fixing the barrier is playing with fire. Not cool, @FIA, not cool. #F1"

The Monegasque driver lost control of the rear of the car before spinning off and crashing into the track barrier. Once Leclerc's SF-23 was removed from the track, the free practice session was able to get back going for about four minutes.
Another Twitter user posted complaining about red flags. They wrote in response to Sky Sports F1:
"Red Flags will ruin the 2023 season. It's taking too long to clear tracks, ages before someone gets their arse into gear. The sport is quickly getting drab for too many reasons. I'm enjoying Indy far more at the moment as they have their act together for less time out(s)"
