F1 fans have been giving their verdict on the car being used for the Formula One film as it is spotted at the British Grand Prix.

The eagerly awaited Formula One-themed film, starring Hollywood icon Brad Pitt, is all set for its first shoot at the renowned Silverstone circuit. F1 fans have been quick to give their verdict on the car, with some seeing an awkward similarity with the Rich Energy Haas livery. 

The movie's central plot revolves around a fictional eleventh Formula 1 team, dubbed as APXGP. Notably, the upcoming British Grand Prix weekend will witness the shooting of preliminary footage, including scenes from an exclusive pit box, the paddock, and live on-track action sequences.

The film production team will be leveraging a specially crafted car to shoot these thrilling action shots. Formula 1 released the inaugural snapshots of this exclusive car to social media. The car's sleek design features a striking black and gold theme.

The buzz about the movie further heightened when images of the specially designed pit box surfaced recently. Now, with the pictures of the actual APXGP car out, fans are even more intrigued. 

Formula One shared further photos of the close up details of the APXGP car.

Fans seem to love the livery so far, one fan commented:

Other fans were quick to point out the similarities in the livery to the infamous Rich Energy Haas livery as well as Duracell batteries.
