F1 News: Lance Stroll Misses Dutch GP Media Duties Due To "Medical Reasons"

Lance Stroll has had to miss the first day of media duties ahead of the Dutch Grand Prix race weekend.
As the Drivers' Press Conference began the media was informed that the Canadian driver would be missing the session due to "medical reasons".

The Aston Martin team has confirmed that Stroll will be absent from the Zandvoort track today while he recovers from an infection. According to F1 journalist Chris Medland, the British team has confirmed that Stroll will race this weekend.
The team stated:
"He is fit and well and will compete at this weekend’s Dutch Grand Prix."

Interestingly, Aston Martin's reserve driver Stoffel Vandoorne has made an appearance at the track today. However, as the team states, they seem hopeful Stroll will be able to compete.
