Sky Sports F1 pundit Natalie Pinkham has revealed how Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes have yet again avoided repercussions over the seven-time champions nose-stud.

Speaking ahead of Free Practice 1 of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, Pinkham explained that Hamilton has been able to provide another medical exemption for his nose studs which has been approved by the FIA.

According to Sky Sports reporter Ted Kravitz, the medical exemption says "that repeated removal and reinstatement of the nose stud could cause disfigurement."

This comes after a report was released this morning where by each team had to confirm which drivers were not wearing any jewellery, in which Hamilton was not accounted for.

The first practice session is still ongoing in Saudi Arabia ahead of the first street race grand prix of the 2023 season on Sunday.
