Latifi's Williams upgrade further delayed after Albon crash

Despite a generally disappointing season with Williams, Nicholas Latifi was one of the stars of a chaotic British GP weekend.
The Canadian's qualifying effort grabbed the attention of the entire F1 community, putting his FW44 into Q3 as he tackled the changeable conditions at Silverstone.
Latifi's race pace was also noteworthy, matching the likes of Ocon and Magnussen for much of the race before narrowly missing out on the points.
Still, for all his heroics on British soil, his overall performances this season have been insufficient, forcing him to wait longer for the massive upgrade package his teammate Alex Albon currently has access to.
Unfortunately for Latifi, Alex Albon's involvement in the first lap crash at Silverstone will further delay his access to the Williams upgrades, as reported by the race:
"He had a sizeable crash. I'm sure that's going to set the factory back," Latifi said after the British GP.
"[It's] not his fault. A shame for the team, because it's definitely going to set the whole programme back, and there's a reason why we don't have two this weekend.
First off it’s great to see both Alex and Zhou walk away from those ones🙏🏻

Gave it everything out there today and was nice to be back in the mix getting the elbows out! (1/2) pic.twitter.com/IqgJZCktC9
We have to see the extent of the damage on Alex's car. Not everything is different on his car. A lot of big things are.
But I haven't actually seen the damage on his car. I suspect it will be a lot of the upgrade package damage.
How much of it is salvageable and repairable? How much do we need to wait for brand-new parts altogether? If that's the case could be even later for me."
