Mercedes W14 Hits The Track For Second Showdown: Listen To It Scream

The Mercedes W14 has hit the Silverstone track for a second showdown ahead of the 2023 season.
Sharing the moment to social media, the team posted:
"Filming day starts here. Still can’t get enough of the [black] and carbon look."
The footage shows the striking W14 come out of the pit garage and out down the pit lane. Fans have loved seeing the teams 2023 contender hit the track, with one commenting:
"God, that looks so good in all black"
Someone else commented, hoping that it will be fast after the teams tumultuous 2022 season. They wrote:
"The sound is not as powerful as Ferrari and Aston Martin, maybe it can be the audio systemI really hope its gonna be as fast as it look"
Another fan reacted:
"The car looks well balanced. I have good feelings for the season"
This comes after the W14 launch event yesterday where the team took it out on the track for the first time. The team also shared that moment, posting:
"Heard you wanted some W14 video"
The roar of the engine firing up has got fans counting down the days until the start of the 2023 season. One fan commented:
"Engine sounds really mean"
With only one car launch event to go, the Alpine A523 this evening, the 2023 season is not far away. Pre-season testing begins next week on 23-25 February as well as season five of Drive to Survive being released on Netflix on Friday 24 February.
The season starts with the Bahrain Grand Prix on the 3-5 March and then goes onto the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix on 17-19 March. The 2023 season will consist of a record-breaking 23 races, including three in America in Miami, Austin, and Las Vegas.
