Morgan Ridler Passes Just Days After Mercedes F1 Team Surprise

Sad news came in from the family of 3-year-old Supercar fan Morgan Ridler as they announced his demise on Wednesday. The "beautiful boy" was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in October 2021.
Parents Mathew and Natalie were informed that his treatment wasn't working after a relapse, and the focus would move to Palliative care.
Morgan became an inspiration for his parents who founded Morgan's Army Charitable Foundation which aims to "fill the gaps in support that the families of children facing childhood cancer in South Wales."
The foundation aims to work alongside existing charities and organizations to better support families going through a significantly challenging experience, in already challenging times.
Just last weekend, hundreds of exotic vehicles including supercars turned up outside his house as a part of a parade in Gorseinon. Several people driving Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Porsches, Aston Martins, and more turned out in Morgan’s honour.
Morgan wanted to attend the British Grand Prix at Silverstone on 9 July but his condition didn't permit him to do so. Mercedes made an extremely kind gesture by surprising Morgan with Lewis Hamilton's F1 car on his doorstep.
Mercedes Team representatives were present with the F1 car along with a racing helmet of George Russell. More than £20,000 have been raised for Morgan's Army Charitable Foundation.

"MORGAN GARETH JOHN RIDLER 07.07.2019 - 28.06.2023. Our beautiful boy started on his next great adventure at approximately 5.30am this morning. He was peaceful and comfortable with his family around him. Although it was faster than we could ever have anticipated, Morgan was in control at the very end, knowing he was safe and we were with him."
