Singapore GP Results: Carlos Sainz Fastest In FP3

The results of Singapore GP FP3.

Carlos Sainz has topped the timesheets during the third and final practice session ahead of qualifying later today.

Joining the Ferrari driver in the top three were George Russell and Lando Norris who put in the second and third fastest times, respectively.

The circuit had suffered from rainfall earlier in the day so the rubber which was put down yesterday was washed away. However, the session was able to get underway under dry conditions and remained fairly drama free. 

AlphaTauri driver Liam Lawson had a close-call with just over half an hour to go as he span out and lost control over a kerb. Thankfully, he was able to save the moment and avoided collided with the race wall. 

Red Bull continued to struggle with the set up of the RB19 cars with Max Verstappen still complaining about issues with his upshifts.
