Sabina Dana Plasse

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Sabina Dana Plasse has resided in Sun Valley, Idaho, for over 20 years. She serves as the editor of SVPN Magazine (Sun Valley Property News) and contributes to Western Home Journal, Boise-based ID Guide magazine, and several other publications in the Mountain West and throughout the U.S. A supporter of independent film, she is an active film reviewer for Film Threat and helped launch the Sun Valley Film Festival as its first director. She also participates in various other film festivals, including the Vashon Island Film Festival in Washington. Plasse graduated from Bucknell University and holds a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and a master’s in film and video from American University. When not writing, Plasse enjoys watching movies, hiking, snowboarding, traveling, and savoring life in Idaho’s Wood River Valley with her partner, Jon
