4-star corner will make his decision this fall

Corian Gipson, a 4-star corner out of Texas, has set a commitment date.

As we get closer to the start of actual football being played fanbases and schools are still laser-focused on recruiting. Corian Gipson, a four-star corner in the 2024 class, has set a commitment date of July 22nd and Clemson is right in the mix.

As of right now, the reporting around Gipson is mixed, with the biggest threats to land him currently Clemson, Ohio State, and Texas. Depending on what major recruiting site you're paying attention to that day, you may be led to believe any of the three schools are in the lead.

247Sports has Clemson with the crystal ball lead with all 3 predictions coming last month in favor of the Tigers. On3Sports seems to disagree with its Recruiting Prediction Machine giving Texas a 95.5% chance to land Gipson. Some pundits believe it will come down to an Ohio State vs. Clemson battle. All of that to say there will be plenty of eyes on this announcement come the 22nd.

At 6-foot, Corian Gipson has the ideal size and speed for the position. Clemson currently has just one corner committed in the 2024 class, 4-star Tavoy Feagin.
