The situation facing the Vanderbilt Commodores after Saturday's 31-6 loss to Ole Miss is not lost on the players themselves.

Currently 1-4 and 0-3 in SEC play, the Commodores must now go about their business in a different way if they are to turn around the season and keep hopes of earning bowl eligibility this season.

Junior defensive lineman Drew Birchmeier gave his thoughts on how he, and his teammates should go forward when he spoke with media on Tuesday inside Vanderbilt Stadium.

Vanderbilt plays host to the UNLV Rebels this Saturday at Vanderbilt Stadium.
