About Nebraska: Markowski, Shelley and Potts were the first Huskers trio in nearly a decade to have a double-double in the same game when Nebraska beat Maryland, which went to the Elite Eight last season. Markowski is in the Top 5 in both scoring and rebounding in the Big Ten, while Shelley is the first Nebraska player to have multiple career triple-doubles. Potts is already a three-time Big Ten Freshma of the Week.

About Wisconsin: Williams missed the Badgers’ last game against Purdue and Halle Douglass started in her place. But it was Natalie Leuzinger who picked up the offensive slack with a career-high 15 points in the loss. Still, as a team the Badgers are trending well on defense. They’re holding opponents to seven fewer points and five percent worse shooting than last season.
