Browns Announce Players Who Will not Dress for Game Tonight
The Cleveland Browns announced the players who will be out and not suit up for the teams preseason game against the Washington Commanders.

Though these are the players listed as out, it doesn't mean that every player not on this list is expected to play. Our own Noah Weiskopf is reporting that while several Browns starters, including Nick Chubb and Myles Garrett will be dressed tonight but will not play in the game.
One interesting name of note would be safety Grant Delpit being on the list of players who have been ruled out.
