Clemson Recruiting: Updating Clemson's class rankings after the weekend

Where does Clemson's class rank after landing Corian Gipson over the weekend?

It was a mixed bag for Clemson this past week. The Tigers missed out on 5-star wide receiver Mike Matthews early in the week but got a big-time commitment from 4-star corner Corian Gipson (Lancaster, TX) on Saturday, beating out Texas.

Gipson was a big get. Clemson had just one other corner commit in the class in Tavoy Feagin. Gipson announced his decision at a ceremony in his school's gym. He added a little flair, Facetiming Clemson head football coach Dabo Swinney to announce his commitment.

Another important note: Clemson currently has far and away the best class in the ACC. The only two schools that are relatively close to Tigers are Miami and Florida State. The 'Noles are somewhere 14th according to 247, while Miami is 15th.
