The 6-7 wing transferred from Sherman Oaks, CA/Notre Dame to Chatsworth, CA/Sierra Canyon this year and will be ineligible to play until Dec. 29. Last year he averaged 27 points and 10.5 rebounds a game.
Williams is a consensus 5-star prospect and generally considered one of the top 5 or 6 prospects in the 2020 class. The state of California boasts seven 5-star prospects in the 2020 class alone, including Williams’ teammate B.J. Boston.
Williams’ final seven consist of Arizona, Duke, Stanford, USC, Oregon, UCLA and North Carolina. He has already visited USC and North Carolina, though a recent report suggests he is likely to stay on the West Coast with the Trojans, Wildcats and Stanford rumored to be the favorites.
