FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – As expected, there have been Arkansas football players who will no longer be part of the team next season. However, there have also been Razorbacks who have come out and announced they will return.

Offensive lineman Paris Patterson got the ball rolling. Although he didn't play much as a true freshman, he possesses plenty of talent as a 4-star coming out of high school in St. Louis. The massive 6-foot-5, 350 pounder is expected to play guard and chose Arkansas over Iowa, Kansas, LSU, Nebraska, Tennessee among others.

The transfer portal has made a huge impact in college sports allowing players to transfer at will. By the looks of things running back Rashod Dubinion is against the portal and will not be joining like manywill over the next few weeks.

Dubinion finished the 2023 season with 260 yards rushing and one touchdown. He had a breakout freshman campaign totaling 400 all-purpose yards and six touchdowns.

True freshman tailback Isaiah Augustave retained his first year of eligibility due to playing in less than four games this season. However, he still managed to have one of only two 100 yard rushing performances in 2023. He received a bulk of his carries during the final two regular season games with Raheim ‘Rocket” Sanders and Dubinion suffering injuries, leading the team in rushing in both.

The Naples, Florida native was the No. 6 running back prospect in the 2023 class, according to 247sports. Augustave had 35 carries for 202 yards and a touchdown.

Offensive lineman Luke Brown said he plans to continue being “locked in” with the Razorbacks when he quote posted Patterson’s tweet on Monday. The 4-star out of Tennessee ended up redshirting this past season.

Arkansas’ offensive line was not only one of the worst in the SEC but also the nation. The unit gave up 47 total ranking last in the conference and No. 129 in the FBS.
