All eight Pac-12 teams will be in action this weekend during Week 1 of the 2026 college football season.

Only three Pac-12 teams are favored in Week 1: Colorado State (-3) vs. Wyoming, Utah State (-12.5) vs. Idaho State and San Diego State (-40.5) vs. Portland State. sdsu

The other five Pac-12 teams—including Boise State—are all massive underdogs this week. The Broncos are the second-biggest underdogs of the bunch, catching 24.5 points for Saturday’s 1:30 p.m. showdown with No. 2 Oregon at Autzen Stadium.

The Ducks, who boast arguably the most talented roster in college football, are -4000 on the moneyline while Boise State is +1400 to pull off the upset. The over/under is set at 51.5 points.

“When I look at both phases—offense and defense—from who they have coming back and how they reloaded, I’ve got a lot of respect for their roster and how they’re going to be coached,” Broncos head coach Spencer Danielson said during Monday’s press conference. “I’m really excited for the task at hand. Our staff has done a really good job with game planning and making sure our players can play fast and play to their best.”

Oregon returns several potential NFL Draft picks on both sides of the ball, including Heisman Trophy candidate Dante Moore at quarterback.

Moore completed nearly 72 percent of his passes last year while throwing for 3,565 yards and 30 touchdowns with 10 interceptions.

“Anytime somebody has a big-time quarterback coming back—and obviously he was one who, from everything I understand, probably would have been drafted if he had come out—anytime you have a quarterback with that level of talent and experience, it’s always a difficult task,” Boise State defensive coordinator Erik Chinander said. “It’s going to be a very good matchup for us. It’s going to be a very good battle and a good test to see where we’re at.”

Neither team released a depth chart ahead of Saturday’s showdown in Eugene.

The two programs last faced off in 2024 with Oregon claiming a 37-34 victory on a last-second field goal at Autzen Stadium. Both teams went on to reach the College Football Playoff.

Texas State is the Pac-12’s biggest underdog of Week 1. The Bobcats are getting 29.5 points on Saturday at No. 5 Texas.

Fresno State (+22.5) at No. 14 USC, Oregon State (+20.5) at No. 23 Houston and Washington State (+23.5) at No. 17 Washington are also large Week 1 underdogs.
