Projecting Boise State’s depth chart for Week 1 of 2026 college football season

Broncos to face Oregon on Saturday, Sept. 5

Boise State has concluded the fall camp portion of its 2026 preseason and will begin to focus on preparing for its Week 1 showdown with Oregon this week.

The second-ranked Ducks will host the Broncos on Saturday, Sept. 5. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Mountain time.

Broncos head coach Spencer Danielson provided updates on several position battles following Saturday’s scrimmage. Danielson said Max Cutforth has won the backup quarterback job and Dylan Riley will be the team’s primary kick returner. 

Following the official end of fall camp, here is a projected depth chart for Boise State on offense and defense.
