Clemson Signing Day: Four-star DE Darien Mayo signs with Clemson
Clemson is known for their elite defensive front and four-star edge rusher Darien Mayo could be next in line for the Tigers.
Clemson already has a ton of young talent on the defensive front with TJ Parker and Peter Woods both returning as sophomores and that front should be even better with the addition of Darien Mayo, a four-star defensive end out of Olney, Maryland.
Mayo officially signed his National Letter of Intent on Wednesday morning to play his college ball at Clemson. He had 5.0 sacks this past season at Good Counsel in Maryland. At 6-foot-7, 250 pounds, he has plenty of room to add mass and be a force up front.
