Clemson Signing Day: Sammy Brown makes it official, signs with the Tigers
The crown jewel of Clemson's class is officially a Tiger as five-star linebacker Sammy Brown (Jefferson-Jefferson, GA) has signed his National Letter of Intent with Clemson.
Even back in the spring, Brown was high on the Clemson culture, "It's another really strong relationship. Coach [Wes] Goodwin and Coach [Dabo] Swinney have been there... I mean, even before I got the offer, it's just been a really strong relationship with them. They've got a really good culture, and they've always been historically good on defense."

During his senior season at Jefferson, Brown averaged 163.5 yards per game on the ground and led the team in tackles with 153. He'll be expected to compete right away for the Tigers.
