Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders react to meeting Lebron James
If you don’t already love Travis Hunter, you certainly will after viewing his reaction to meeting Lebron James.
Lebron and the Los Angeles Lakers were in Denver to face the Nuggets in an NBA Opening Night showdown.
Travis kept his cool during the brief meet and greet but the moment after Lebron left, he let out a joyful scream.
As first reported by Buffs Beat, Coach Prime, Travis, and Shedeur were all on hand for the pregame festivities.
After receiving championship rings, a banner was raised to the rafters to honor last season’s spectacular accomplishments. This was the first NBA Championship for the Nuggets is their 47 year franchise history.
The game itself was a bit more anticlimactic. Other than for a very brief stretch, the Nuggets maintained about a 10 or more point lead the entire night. Nikola Jokic picked up where he left last season. His 29 points, 13 rebounds, and 11 assists led the way for the defending champs. On the other side, Lebron was the Lakers leading scorer, he had 21 points.
