The Los Angeles Rams have agreed to terms with cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon, as first reported by NFL insider Jordan Schultz.

The former Colorado standout spent the past two seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers, racking up 20 tackles, an interception, and 2 PDU in four games.

Witherspoon has dealt with a multitude of injuries throughout his career, with hamstring issues being the latest. He was a third-round pick of the San Francisco 49ers in 2017 before being traded to Pittsburgh.

The California native started a majority of games during his four years with the 49ers. He left with 152 tackles, eight interceptions, and 35 PDUs in 56 games.

The Rams are in need of secondary help with All-Pro Jalen Ramsey heading to South Beach to join the Dolphins. He's one of the key losses for LA, who are two years removed from a victory in Super Bowl LVI.
