3-Star RB Joe Williams Commits To Mississippi Valley State
Three-star running back Joe Williams announced his commitment to Mississippi Valley State. He committed to the Delta Devils over offers from Tennessee, Memphis, Arkansas State, Toledo, and multiple other FBS programs.
The 5-foot-10, 199-pound running back is from Melrose High School in Memphis, Tennessee. Williams is expected to make the move to wide receiver for the Delta Devils.
Williams is the No. 123 running back and No. 53 player in the state of Tennessee, according to the 247Sports composite rankings.
Following his commitment to Mississippi Valley State, Williams is the highest-rated commit in school history. Head coach Kendrick Wade and recruiting coordinator Wyatt Anderson have landed the highest-rated recruit in school history in back-to-back seasons.
