WATCH: Mike Norvell, Josh Storms discuss Florida State's progress during Tour of Duty

Norvell and Storms meet with the media following FSU's Final Tour of Duty session.

Florida State opened the doors of the Indoor Practice Facility and allowed the media to get a peak inside for the first time this offseason on Thursday morning. The Seminoles wrapped up the winter conditioning program, dubbed the 'Tour of Duty' with an intense session that last around an hour.

Following the workout, Head Coach Mike Norvell and Director of Strength & Conditioning, Josh Storms spoke with the media to discuss Florida State's progress during the Tour of Duty. The Seminoles are entering the final weekend ahead of the beginning of spring practice on March 6.
