Kentucky Briefing: The Cats are a 17.5-point favorite over the Marshall Thundering Herd

Will Kentucky cover the 17.5-point line against Marshall?

Thanksgiving is over, and the Cats are set to return to Rupp Arena to take on the Marshall Thundering Herd.

The line just came out for the Cat's game against Marshall, and it's a big one as John Calipari's squad is favored to win by 17.5 points.

At first, this seemed like a big line, but once you remember the Thundering Herd lost a bunch of players to the portal, it makes sense.

Marshall has some ugly losses early in the season, so the Cats should take care of business in this ball game with ease.

If I was planning to bet on this ball game, I would take the Cats to cover the 17.5-point line.

Marshall doesn't shoot the ball well from deep, so Kentucky should be able to get stops, and that will turn into run-out opportunities, which is what makes this team so deadly.

This Cats will get a big win covering this line, making them 5-1 when #10 Miami comes to town.
